I’m Tabitha, a wife to one and mom to three. I have many interests that change with whatever stage of life I am in.

I am currently in school again to finish my degree. I took a ten year break to take care of the kiddos while they were young and now that they are older I have a bit more time to study and not have to sacrifice sleep. Since I am in school my focus has now been on homework and not my blog. I post every once in a while but not often.

I am interested in container vegetable and herb gardening. I have always wanted to grow vegetables but the garden in the ground thing didn’t work for me. Next year, I am hoping to build raised beds and experiment with vegetables and herbs that way.

I don’t particularly enjoy cooking but it’s a necessary evil that must be done. Therefore, I like to look for easy, healthy recipes that will cheaply feed the five of us. Maybe eventually I will learn to enjoy the cooking process.

I love to knit. I taught myself to knit several years ago not knowing if it was the latest phase I was going through. (I think I mentioned my interests change quite often.) Knitting is something I still do and still love. I try to find time every evening to knit (you know in between the family, blogging, and reading).

I love to read. I’ll read just about anything. Well, no I don’t. I don’t read horror or mystery. Although, looking at my bookshelves I think I read quite a variety. My dream is to someday have a library in my home again.

This blog is about me. What I’m thinking, what I’m going through, and how I’m feeling. I share my interests and thoughts. It might be interesting it might not. That’s for you to decide.
