I love music. Love it. Love it. Love it.
However, I don’t ever think to listen to it except for when I’m in the car. I don’t think about it when I’m at home because I move around from room to room and can’t focus on it. It’s like if I can’t pay attention to it at that moment then I won’t listen and will wait for a time when I can. That time would be when I’m in my car.
For the first time I now have an audio jack for my ipod and a cd player in my car. I love it! The only problem is I’m tired of the music I have. I usually listen to Collective Soul or No Doubt when I have to drive in the city. Other times I listen to the Twilight Soundtrack, Paul Thorn, Alanis Morrissette, and gosh…whatever my husband gives me to listen to. I was listening to Big Daddy Weave the other day and I think I still have Decemberadio still in the car. (That should give you an idea of what I like to listen to.)
I’m tired of listening to the same stuff over and over. So, here’s where you my dear readers come in…help me find some new tunes. I need your suggestions. Help this poor girl get out of her music rut.
Please keep in mind that I have a 3 yo with me at all times that loves to repeat the lyrics. So no cussing please. (As much as I love Avril Lavigne and Kid Rock, I can’t listen to them when the kiddos are with me.)

Ian and I have become total Edheads (Edwin McCain). We actually followed him a couple of summers ago from St. Louis to Memphis (and had all kinds of crazy stuff happen to us). He’s the guy who wrote that big hit “I’ll be”. But there is SO much more to his music.
