Hubby has wanted a cat for quite some time and within the last year I have warmed up to the idea. Last night he was looking at available cats online. This afternoon the kiddos and I purchased cat supplies then went to see the cats.
At first it was overwhelming because there were so many cats in this one little room. The next room didn’t have as many cats and I started seeing some I liked. The interesting thing is I didn’t get any of the cats I had originally been looking at. The lady showed us Coco and Coco laid there while the kids pet and played with him. He was so gentle with the kids that we decided to get him.
The kiddos are already in love with him and he gets along with our dog, Sofi. Coco was actually the shelter’s dog tester. He was the cat they used to see whether or not a dog would get along with a cat. He seems to like it here and Sofi is getting used to him being here.
So far it seems to be a good match.
