I posted this picture on twitter yesterday showing my attempt at wearing a scarf all day. You know, wearing the scarf as an accessory and not as a piece to keep warm.
I made this scarf in hopes that I would actually wear it and so far it has been hanging in the coat closet. Until today. Today I was brave and wore it all day and even wore it out in public. That everyone is a huge thing for me since I have no fashion sense and think I look dorky trying to be fashionable.
Anyway, Brandi, had a great blog post the other day about scarves. It was excellent and I left thinking that I could do that also since I’ve been wanting to do it for quite some time.
So, today I did it. I wore a scarf and I feel dorky, think I look dorky but am doing it anyway. Plus, Brandi said I look great so there you go. I look great.
By the way, if you aren’t reading Brandi’s blog you should because I love it and therefore it is excellent. Seriously, you should be reading her.

thanks for the shout-out! you should definitely embrace that scarf, i bet you looked hip in that new scarf… it looks great btw!
